I graduated from Dover High School in 2006

I studied Music Education with an emphasis in Vocal Music from 2006 to December 2010 when I graduated.

I have been teaching at Lamar since the 2016-2017 School Year. I teach music to students in Kindergarten through Third Grade, and Choir to students in grades 7 – 12. 

Before I came to Lamar, I taught K-12 Band, Choir, and Music at the Ouachita River School District in Acorn and Oden Arkansas.

When I’m not teaching, I do part-time work as a voice actress. I also do some editing work and creative writing. During the summer I participate in musicals with the Arkansas River Valley Arts Center’s Summer Musical productions. Most recently I was Mrs. Pugh in Annie and Widow Paroo in The Music Man
